Senior HR & Payroll Partner (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: Norwich (Hybrid working)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our client is a well-established business and a market leader in their industry. They are looking for someone to cover a maternity for 9 months.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
- Streamline HR processes by implementing a new HR & Payroll system.
- Lead and develop your HR & Payroll team.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Senior Leadership to deliver exceptional employee service.
- Manage projects and workloads effectively, meeting deadlines and taking initiative.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Experience handling HR & Payroll transactions and systems.
- Proven team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- A solid understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Expertise in managing new HR & Payroll software implementation.
