Key Responsibilities -
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional and social development of each child.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's curriculum and share best practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on student progress and development.

Requirements -
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 1.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
