Job description
We are seeking an Sales Order Processor to join our client's team in Crawley managing incoming orders, following up on potential sales and ensuring timely processing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Follow up on incoming orders from customers to close sale
- Verify order accuracy and completeness
- Enter orders into the system accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order processing or selling trade products or a similar role is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and order processing software
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
