IT Support & Business Operations Specialist (Japanese Speaking Preferred)

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain internal networks to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise internal PCs, laptops, and equipment, ensuring functionality and availability.
• Monitor B2C/B2B Forex business transactions and promptly respond to related inquiries.
• Provide customer support for B2C/B2B transactions and operations.
• Operate and oversee management screens for B2C/B2B activities.
• Facilitate B2C deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
• Manage B2B account opening processes efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers regarding trading and payment systems.
• Oversee Forex and payment system operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Compile and manage payment business operations to support organizational goals.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field, with expertise in hardware/software installations and network monitoring.
• Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Permanent residency in the UK is mandatory.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for managing and analyzing operational data.
• No prior financial knowledge required; beginners are welcome
