Key Responsibilities:

Review Architectural Plans: Thoroughly review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to understand the scope of work required.

Detailed Cost Estimation

Material Quantities: Calculate the quantities of materials needed, such as panels, insulation, fixings, and sealants.

Supplier Quotations: Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing.

Equipment and Access: Include costs for necessary equipment, scaffolding, and access platforms.
