Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of aquaculture equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

Train customers on the operation and maintenance of products, ensuring they can utilise technology effectively.

Maintain detailed service records, including reports on installations, repairs, and customer interactions.

Work closely with the sales, engineering, and R&D teams to provide feedback and improve product design and functionality.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably in the aquaculture or marine industry.

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively, to meet client needs.

Valid driver’s license
