A growing and professional Construction provider specialising in New Build, Refurbishment, Retrofit, Roofing, Repairs + Maintenance + Fire Safety, Modular have created an exciting new opportunity within their commercial team for an accomplished Business Development Professional to develop new business opportunities and relationships/ spend with existing clients

What are they asking for?
If you have a proven career background in new business development within construction at a senior level with a history of winning projects of 3m to 20m along with a passion for networking and opening new opportunities this should appeal to you.
We are seeking a target orientated construction sales professional who can liaise at all levels + is confident in identifying + developing business opportunities and will take full responsibility for ownership of the sales cycle.
You will be able to develop relationships from scratch as well as rekindle older contacts.. Other key criteria for this role are tenacity, patience, teamwork, and honesty.
You will live a commutable distance from London for client visits and be able to attend weekly senior team meetings in South East London
This would suit an existing Business Development Director or a Business Development Manager looking to step into a bigger role.
This role is fully supported by an existing bid and estimating function as is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can open doors to take advantage of a number of existing frameworks and existing client relationships
