Key Responsibilities:

Source highquality ingredients/products to meet customer needs.

Communicate effectively with team members about cost changes.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Identify costsaving opportunities and monitor stock levels.

Negotiate with suppliers and use Sage 200 for purchase orders (training available).
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient IT skills, including Outlook, Sage, and Act (training available).

Ability to understand customer needs and manage time effectively.

Preferred: Experience in the food industry and a valid driving licence.
