I am currently for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join a well established house builder in the Northampton area, to work on a permanent contract.
As the Customer Care Co-ordinator you will be:
Taking calls from Customers in regards to any queries/ maintenance issues with their properties
Co-ordinating/ scheduling technicians and subcontractors to attend work orders
Opening and closing work orders
The successful Customer Care Co-ordinator will:
Have previous relevant experience
Have Administration experience
Have experience working in House Builder backgrounds
