I am currently working with an independent Franchise Dealership that is locate din Ayr, who are looking for an Admin/Service/Front of House Assistant for their reputable and busy site.
What is needed as an Administration Assistant:
Previous experience working in the Motor Trade.
Experience as either Admin Assistant/Reception/Service Assistant or similar.
Have fantastic Customer Service.
Able to take incoming phone calls in a confident manner.
Have strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Able to direct walk-ins and enquiries to the right person.
Can handle a fast paced environment.
Able to multitask jobs and can adapt to changes or needs of the business.What is on offer for an Administration Assistant:
