The Opportunity
In a pivotal expansion phase, our client requires a Contracts Manager with a deep understanding of the social housing sector, particularly those with experience in contractor-side operations linked to frameworks like Swan Housing, Genesis, Hyde Housing, and Clarion Housing.
This role involves delivering exceptional void and disrepair projects, alongside property refurbishments and maintenance.
THE ROLE

Plan, coordinate, and oversee small works projects from inception to completion.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Liaise with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and financial reporting.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the social housing sector.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and construction best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, building studies, or a related field.
