Our client, a leading organisation within the finance industry, is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Senior Support Manager to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow City Centre.
As a Senior Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the office facilities and ensuring the team has everything they need to carry out their work. This includes managing administrative tasks, such as setting up new clients on the internal system and ensuring that all office equipment is in working order.
In addition, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the success of the organisation. This will involve working under pressure, maintaining a calm demeanour, and building strong relationships. Your ability to prioritise effectively, meet challenging deadlines, and demonstrate discretion at all times will be crucial to your success in this role.
To excel in this position, previous experience in a similar role within a professional firm is desirable. Strong written and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software. A self-motivated attitude, positive demeanour, and professional manner are also important attributes.
