Overview of the Role
Are you an experienced Facilities or Operations Manager, with experience in a mixed-use or shopping centre environment, with a strength in hard services? This role could be for you! With the opportunity to join an established property management company, based at one of the most recognisable shopping centres in Manchester, you could be the new Operations Manager.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage contractors in hard services, working closely across all maintenance, ensuring PPM schedules are followed, and management of the operational budget.
- Ensuring high Health & Safety standards onsite, creating a safe environment for customers, staff, and tenants.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders of the business, including the onsite tenants.

- Contribute and execute ESG initiatives, ensuring the centre is ran as environmentally friendly and responsible, as possible.
The right candidate will be:
- Skilled in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, tenants, service providers, and contractors.
- Self-motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills, while being committed to customer service excellence & health and safety compliance.
- NEBOSH qualified preferred and be comfortable with Health & Safety compliance.
The budget for this role is up to £50,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
