Mortgage Administrator – On-site
An exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to become part of an ambitious and growing business. You will be joining an established and successful organisation and become a valued member of the team as a Mortgage Administrator.
My client is a family run business, established over 30 years ago, a market leader in their field. They pride themselves on their tailor-made advice and support, with customers truly valued and not just a number.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing mortgage applications
- Conducting research and sourcing Mortgage products
- Answering calls and responding to client and lender queries
- Keeping clients and businesses up to date throughout the application process
- Function as the key point of contact for all potential and current clients.
- Ensuring the efficient running of the office
- Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases
- Managing online and paper filing systems
- Maintaining client data on our office CRM system
Key skills and experience required:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Case Manager or Mortgage Paraplanner
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail
- A quick learner, good telephone manner and confidence to liaise with clients
- A working knowledge of mortgage & protection products
- Open to learning and furthering your career within our mortgages & Financial Services team
