I am looking for a Contracts Officer to join a social housing provider in the West Midlands. The Contracts Officer will be responsible for monitoring and supervising various maintenance contracts. This is an initial 3 month contract
Contracts Officer duties:
Monitor and supervise various maintenance contracts within a capital investment team.
Provide technical advice and contract admin to raise and amend orders entering completion updates and monitoring invoices
Compile detailed specifications, cost models and accurate procurement tendering documentation
Supervise work on site, inspection and completed works carried out by contractors
What is required for the role:
Experience managing social housing contracts
Experience supervising contractors
Knowledge of capital investment programmes
