About Us:
We are currently looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a growing and forward-thinking automotive manufacturing customer of ours in Warwick.
Role Purpose:
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, support management in fostering a positive work environment, ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation, and uphold our company values.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and TUPE.

Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive work environment.

Prepare and manage documentation for formal hearings and maintain accurate records of employee relations issues.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Provide support to employees and management on work-related concerns.

Participate in employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

Guide managers on performance management and provide training sessions for skill enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience:

CIPD Level 5 certificate (essential).

Proven experience in a generalist HR role and handling complex employee relations matters.

Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to travel throughout the UK and occasionally stay overnight
