As the Customer Service Specialist you will hold the below responsibilities:
Managing a client base, dealing with enquiries regarding their accounts
Lead customers through a journey providing them with support, assistance and direction
Manage inbound call enquiries regarding our clients products
Managing a portfolio of client call backs
Hold weekly training sessions with clients and new clients onboarded
Deliver overview training effectively and professionally
Working consistently to the highest standards to achieve or exceed both KPIs and SLAs in line with department objectives
Supporting the Client Services Manager with training new team members, including education
Attend product training sessions
Gain client reviews from existing customers to grow brand awareness
Our client is looking for the below exposure and skills for the Customer Service Specialist vacancy:
2+ years customer service exposure within a B2B environment
Strong organisational skills
Proven exposure logging customer details onto CRM's
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Confident, flexible, adaptable with a mindset for professional growth
Positive and approachable with excellent communication and listening skills
Full UK driving license with own vehicle due to remote location
