Our well established and reputable client is looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, managing, and developing the clients online learning services, and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
Responsibilities:

Developing the online learning proposition for members in terms of both accessibility (platforms) and content.

Maintaining a high-quality online learning experience that supports the professional development of their members.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for online learning initiatives, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and within established parameters.

The Design Learning Manager will stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in online learning.
Skills and Requirements:

The Digital Learning Manager will be educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience in learning and development content creation and dissemination
-
Great presentation skills
-
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
