Position: Residential Children's Support Worker and Senior Support Worker

Our client, an established residential childcare and supported living provider, is expanding their reach by opening 2 new children's homes. They are committed to creating safe and nurturing environments for children.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide emotional and practical support to children in our client's care.

Foster a positive and inclusive environment.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of each child.

Implement care plans and individual support strategies.

Requirements:

Passion for working with children and young people.

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Right to Work in the UK full time (sponsorship not available).
Qualifications:

Open to applicants with or without relevant qualifications for non senior roles.

NVQ Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent for senior roles.

Experience within residential childcare settings is required.
Working Conditions:
-
Full-Time Permanent Role: This position is a long-term commitment.
-
Shifts: Involves working long shifts and sleep-ins.
-
Rota: 2 days on, 4 days off.
