Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with leading provider of energy-efficient solutions based in the North East who are expanding and looking to recruit B2B Sales Consultants. This company specialise in helping businesses reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint through the implementation of innovative technologies and sustainable practices.
Their team of experts are dedicated to providing customised solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, helping them save money, reduce waste, and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Responsibilities:
Outbound calling daily using data provided and converting the calls to new business leads.
Achieving realistic daily/weekly/monthly sales, revenue targets and KPIs.
Working closely with the Senior Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
Adhering to sales compliance rules - all sales are generated in line with our quality standards. Proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business.
Inputting and maintaining prospective client information onto the company's unique CRM.
Dealing with client queries.
Building relationships with colleagues and clients, referring to Team Leaders for advice and support.
Always communicating with clients in a professional manner, aligned with company values.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales within in the energy sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and driven by targets.
Resilient with strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
Outgoing attitude towards cold calling.
Interpersonal skills and strong communication over the phone and via email.
Commercial awareness.
IT Skills - Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
