They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience both at their head office in Bromley and on-site in Southwark.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data for cost analysis.

Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and procurement activities.

Monitor project progress and report on financial performance.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient cost management.

Assist in the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (for university students).

Recent graduates with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
