Supported Housing Worker
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: £24,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Additional Information: On-call (1 in every 4 weeks), £100/week when on-call. A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle is required - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work.

Role: Supported Housing Worker
Responsibilities:
Carry out any referrals coming into the service following the assessment process.
Implement and monitor client support plans and risk assessments.
Ensure all safeguarding procedures and service policies are followed.
Provide clients with advice, information, and an enabling service to access appropriate services.
Responsible for the day-to-day health and safety and safe running of the service, including liaison with external contractors.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and services to develop pathways enabling clients to make positive changes.
A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle - business insurance required for travel to work.
