The ability to implement new processes procedures and policies

Ensuring recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary and grievance policies are carried out in accordance with the relevant employment laws.

Carrying out assessments on all salaries, expenses, sickness and other HR matters.

Producing reports when required

Making relevant changes to documentation surrounding contracts and maintaining staff records.

Preparing contracts relating to employment
This role can be considered on a full or part-time basis. Our client is ideally looking for individuals who have worked within a not-for-profit organisation.
