Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant - Part-time
We are recruiting for our well-established and growing client based in Bishops Stortford who are seeking a part-time Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
Overseeing credit control duties including chasing debtors via telephone and email, updating the debtor spreadsheet and ensuring the Finance Manager is kept up to date
Assisting with Purchase Ledger duties
Processing invoices
Speaking with other departments internally (Sales and Operations) to ensure a smooth finance function and client experience
Use of Sage Line 50 and MS Packages
Assisting with ad-hoc finance administrative duties
Candidate requirements:
Experience within a Credit Control / Accounts Receivable position
Working knowledge of Sage Line 50
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
Salary 26-30k DOE (this will be pro-rata to number of hours worked)
Part-time hours of 22.5 hours per week - Can be either 3 full days per week (9am-5:30pm) or spread across 5 working days Monday-Friday.
