Account Director
Basingstoke / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £50,000 + OTE
Aztrum is looking to speak to a target driven Account Director, to work for an award winning IT Reseller and Managed Service Provider. Our client is partnered with leading technology vendors including Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HP and many more.
Key Duties:
To manage and run your own business, within the business
To consistently win and retain new business
Solution based selling approach, as the role is primarily a hunter role
Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual GP targets
Key Experience:
Currently be working for a VAR or MSP
Strong background of selling either Hardware, Cloud, Managed Services, Cyber Security, or a mix.
A proven track record of retaining and winning new business
Excellent negotiations and influencing skills at ‘C’ Level
Exceptional ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers an decision makers
The successful candidate will have the ability to earn an attractive basic salary, market leading commission structure, and the ability to work with leading vendors, within a collaborative and innovative working environment.
