I have partnered with a leading flower company who are looking to expand their team with an IT Support Engineer. You will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support and on the odd occasion getting involved with project based work.
Responsibilities:
Service Desk support- 1st/2nd line
Maintenance of backup processes
Software installations, patching + upgrades
Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks
Experience:
Microsoft products- Office 365
Windows Servers + Operating systems
Knowledge of network devices- PCs, laptops, printers
Office 365 administration
LAN/WAN
Knowledge of Azure (beneficial)
