REGISTERED MANAGER – WELWYN & BISHOPS STORTFORD
Our client, a Franchise of a large national Care service, has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join their brilliant team in their office based in Ware. The business is growing and they are looking for a Registered Manager with the skills and ambition to help them continue on that upward journey.
Working alongside the Managing Director, Operations Director, Care Coordinator and Supervisors, you will help to ensure that they provide the best care possible to their clients.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services in line with CQC standards and industry best practice.
Main Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of branch operations ensuring high standards, efficiency and profitability.
• Holding the CQC registration for the branch and ensure that it operates within CQC guidelines.
• Be actively involved in recruitment and marketing strategies to support commercial growth.
• Regularly review the operations of the branch to ensure that all customer and staff needs are met.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are kept up to date and implemented throughout business operations.
• Support branch staff and carers with ongoing professional development.

Experience Needed
•UK Drivers Licence
•NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management
•Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and the new framework
·2+ years in Care Management as a Registered Manager
·Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving organisational goals.
·Experience in safeguarding, budget management and report writing.
·Experience using Care Management IT systems
