Key Responsibilities:
As a Course Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining Stock Levels: Ensure course kits are fully stocked and materials are delivered on time.
Course Planning: Organise courses and maintain accurate course sheets and training documents.
Customer Interaction: Invoice customers, chase payments, and handle phone payments.
Materials Management: Receive and process materials lists, ensuring smooth delivery and collection of course materials.
Team Coordination: Liaise with delegates, speakers, sales team, and other departments to ensure seamless course delivery.
Customer Support: Respond to email inquiries, process complaints, and enter customer information into the database.
Enhancing Customer Experience: Ensure every customer's experience is positive by efficiently addressing their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
Working Hours:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary:
