Job Title: Contracts Manager- Domestic Housing Groundwork
Location: Stalbridge
Salary: £75,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in domestic housing groundworks, roads, and sewers.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
