Marketing Manager
Location: Bounds Green, London
On-site 5 days per week
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience (plus discretionary KPI related bonus)

Job Summary:
Our client is one of the UK's premier commercial cleaning companies, with considerable experience in providing high-quality cleaning services across a wide range of industries.
They are seeking a dynamic and proven Marketing Manager for an immediate start, with experience across Social Media, Digital and PR. The successful candidate will join their fast-growing team and take on an exciting career challenge focusing on expanding the company's brand profile, maximising lead generation, and supporting their sales team.
This role will work alongside an external digital agency, as well as the Managing Director and sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in copy-writing and design, with a focus on producing copy for Linked In content, website blogs, sales collateral, sales proposals, email campaigns and award applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Expand the brand profile via social media platforms (Linked In, website blogs)
Develop and manage content calendars
Engage with the audience through posts, stories, and community management
Brand Collateral & Content Management:
Maintain and refresh web content, videos, and blogs
Create compelling brand collateral that aligns with brand identity(sales collateral, sales proposals and email campaigns)
Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns:
Maximise returns on multiple lead generation routes including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns
Support the sales team by securing new business appointments
Industry Awards & Client Engagement:
Manage applications for industry awards
Collect client testimonials and write case studies showcasing our success stories
Project Management:
Handle projects that require strong presentation and writing skills
Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media
Skills:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to create engaging content and brand collateral
Strong project management skillsPreferred Qualifications:
