Sales Administrator
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Hours: Fulltime, Permanent 40 hours per week over five days – Mon-Sat
8:30am-17:00pm (Sat 08:00am - 14:00pm)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Job Description
Our client is looking for an excellent Sales Administrator to join our Customer Service & Sales Team. As a Sales Administrator, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, process sales orders efficiently, and ensure smooth communication between our drivers, warehouse teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator

Efficiently process sales orders received via emails, faxes, and phone calls.

Ensure accurate input of all orders into the computer system.

Liaise with customers and depot staff regarding orders and delivery updates.

Address and resolve delivery issues promptly.

Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Work collaboratively with the team to find effective solutions.
