We are looking for a Construction Director with a specialization in highways to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and leadership to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our highway projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for all highway construction projects, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of highway construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and financial performance.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, prioritizing health and safety on all job sites.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance and control processes to ensure all highway construction work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing highway projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.
