Digital Marketing Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their client based in Staines, Surrey. This is a hybrid role.
Digital Marketing Manager duties include:
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to manage and maintain external relationships with agency, suppliers etc to ensure all projects are delivered on time within budget
Leading and developing our digital strategy whilst building/maintaining our brands online presence to support awareness, engagement and educating all customer segments through successful marketing campaigns.
Support the Head of Marketing and Communications to lead, develop and deliver the digital strategy including new and innovative growth strategies working alongside the marketing team
Plan and execute all digital marketing and campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, social media and display advertising to meet business goals
Build, manage and strengthen the brand by interpreting brand guidelines to create engaging copy and give creative direction
Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels to ensure we engage, educate and raise awareness with all our customer segments whilst aligning with business goals
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, website traffic, audience engagement). Gain learning to apply to future campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on this
Plan, execute, and measure A/B testing experiments and conversion tests as well as market research
Collaborate with the team and add insight to create landing pages and optimise user experience on the website including keeping a close eye on Trust Pilot and Google reviews
Proactively liaise, engage and collaborate with the team and other relevant functions such as Business Development, Product and Support, Customer Services, Project Owners, IT and Operations and Finance to deliver projects successfullyDigital Marketing Manager required skills, knowledge, and experience:
Qualifications
Educated to degree level in marketing or relevant field with a thorough understanding and proven experience in all aspects of digital marketingExperience
8+ years in a digital marketing role preferably in the health and tech sector
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising innovative digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Knowledge and background in social media and creating social media content to promote the communication goals for the organisation
Experience and knowledge with using and optimising SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, search engines, content optimisation, Google AdWords, HTML, CSS, WordPress and social media planning tools
Commercially astute with the ability to understand the value of a digital campaign
Be able to interpret web and social media analytics and use to inform communication campaigns
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Able to work on own initiative and to multi-task as well as ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills alongside of strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Highly organised, good planning and copywriting skills, high level of attention to detail
Good numeracy skills to analyse ROI and performance metrics
