Our client is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to enhance their team. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage phone communications professionally, oversee correspondence, and assist with executive-level administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Offer administrative support to maintain smooth office operations
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and letters
Support executive staff with scheduling and report preparation
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Assist with special projects and additional duties as required
Qualifications
To excel as an Administrative Assistant, you should have:
Experience in administrative or executive assistance roles
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Competence in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
