Customer Service Executive
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Monday to Friday- 09:30am-18:00pm
TeamJobs are working with a well known Fashion Brand in the Poole area who are searching for a fantastic Customer Service Executive to join their team ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries via Live Chat.
Process returns from web sales.
Inform customers of any unavailable items and issue refunds accordingly.
Assist customers with faulty garments and propose satisfactory outcomes.
Support the B2B function as required.
Share positive feedback with the company.
Help develop customer ticketing systems and other systems to improve job effectiveness.Requirements:
Strong system skills; experience with Shopify and Sage 50 / 200 is ideal.
Positive outlook and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and know when to escalate issues.Career Development: Plenty of opportunities for growth.
