An varied and exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team based in Ely, Cambridgeshire as their Office / Marketing Administrator.
You'll have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office as well as supporting the Directors with various administrative and marketing tasks.
Duties will include:
Supporting the Directors with communication internally and externally
Attending internal and external appointments, visits and minute-taking
First point of contact for incoming calls and meeting/greeting visitors
Managing and updating the content for the company website, company brochure and newsletters
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement
Attending networking events
Preparation of client service and fee proposals
Completion of PQQs and tender documents
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
Dealing with post and ordering of stationery/refreshments
Ensuring meeting rooms are set up/tidied
Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
General admin support
If you're an organised, multi-tasker who has excellent communication and administration skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Familiarity with marketing software tools (CRM systems, social media platforms, website content management systems) would be useful.
