Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle: Guide employees from onboarding to exit, handling hiring, benefits, payroll, and more.
Process Optimisation: Work with the HR Director to refine and enhance HR processes.
Policy Development: Craft and update HR policies to keep them ahead of the curve.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR tech to shape strategies and analyse trends.
Change Management: Champion organisational changes and new system implementations.
Collaboration: Partner with teams to boost HR operations and foster a positive culture.Ideal Candidate:
Passionate HR professional with a knack for problem-solving.
Proven track record in delivering exceptional HR services.
Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable.
Confident, motivated, and ready to make an impact.Essential Skills:
CIPD Level 5 minimum.
Solid HR generalist experience in a fast paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS, IT, and reporting tools
