We are hiring a Contracts Manager to work with a well-established, painting and property maintenance contractor in Nottingham.
Duties of a Contracts Manager
Oversight of various projects
Reporting
Site Visits
Liaison with all Stakeholders
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
SMSTS
1 years’ as a Contracts Manager
3 years in the Painting and Property Maintenance sector
