Location: Chelmsford
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm (30 min lunch) Friday 8am-3pm (60 min lunch)

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming telephone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
Process customer orders using our inhouse system.
Send order confirmations to customers, ensuring they are aware of firm delivery dates.
Prepare quotations for customer enquiries.
Coordinate the booking and receipt of goods from our suppliers.
Create customer delivery notes and ensure prompt despatch of goods.
Maintain stock levels and assist with stock ordering.
Liaise with transport companies to address delivery queries and handle lost goods claims.
Support the external sales team with all administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the Accounts team to monitor credit limits and resolve invoice queries.
Manage key accounts, including order processing, stock levels, and pricing.
Provide general sales support to our dedicated team.Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
