We’re on the lookout for a fantastic Customer Service Advisor who enjoys speaking with people over the telephone and providing solutions to their queries. You will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service answering queries and providing information about our products, pricing and delivery information to our distribution partners and customer base. Self-motivated with a positive approach, you will support our external sales team as an internal point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and expectations are met. In this varied role, you’ll process orders and price enquiries, pro-actively follow up on open quotations, and be on hand to resolve customer concerns ensuring that all details are accurately recorded.
If you have experience in a customer facing sales or order fulfilment role with excellent customer service and communications skills, we could be what you’re looking for!
