Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing Purchase Ledger
- Overseeing Sales Ledger
- Maintaining Nominal Ledger
- General Bookkeping
- Handling Journals
- Assisting with diary management, typing letters, correspondence, and emails
- Providing general administrative support
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
Experience:
- Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably within a similar industry.
- Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience in an accounts role and be capable of handling detailed accounting tasks
- Be conscientious with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be confident, enthusiastic, company-minded, and team-oriented
- Be fully computer literate
- Possess an excellent telephone manner
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
