Construction Site Manager required to work for of the UKs most successful and progressive privately owned construction businesses based in the North of England.
This is a permanent role based in the North East, with projects around the Teesside area. The current projects are Education schemes with new build, refurbishment and extensions to a number of colleges.
As Site Manager you will work closely with the Project manager overseeing all aspects of construction phases ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Requirements:

Experience of Education projects and fit out essential.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS)
