We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for problem-solving to join our team. With excellent company benefits and a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, this full-time permanent position is based in Central London.
As a Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating health and safety processes, providing management and leadership, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You'll support the Contract Manager, administer recruitment and selection, and oversee the site's standard of service and security. Your responsibilities will also extend to client liaison, management meetings, and general office management tasks.
If you have sound knowledge of IT systems, experience working with people at all levels, minute-taking ability, and proficiency in administration, we want to hear from you. In addition, previous exposure to CAFM systems software and softphone call handling software is desirable.
