Our client based in Crewe are looking to onboard a temporary Administrator to join their team, this is a part-time role. In this role you will support the operation of the purchasing systems, analyse data and supply management reporting to the management team. This role requires someone with strong administrative and data skills. In return our client offers a fantastic working environment and a supportive team.
Duties:
Operating the purchasing system and support with purchase order approvals
Create and operate controls to track the progress and any delays within these systems
Maintain information to ensure timely tender processes and contract renewals within the systems
Support full compliance with the operating guideline
Collate and analyse data to produce management reports and analytical charts
Review data collection methods and reports to ensure information remains relevant
Produce additional requested data and analysis when required Experience:
At least 1 year of administration experience
Data analysis experience would be advantageous
Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word
Excellent organisational skills
