Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Our prestigious client is looking for an Administrator to join their team in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

Overseeing facilities maintenance administration.

Preparation for site visits by clients, suppliers, and management.

Ensuring database accuracy at all times.

Assisting with Health and Safety administration.

Managing site expenses.

Assisting management with supplier communication, relationship maintenance, and purchase order generation.

Occasional visits to other sites.

Purchasing of supplies such as stationery and cleaning materials.

Maintaining effective communication across business teams, aiding the manager as necessary.
Key Skills of an Administrator:

Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Excellent IT skills, with preference for Adobe Suite proficiency.
