Location: Guildford.
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 DOE

Fancy working as a Contracts Manager over seeing high end jobs in London and South east England with a growing company and turnover of £27.5 million a year. I am looking to bring on an experienced Contracts Manager who is self-motivated, goal driven, a team player and a can do attitude.
Contracts Managers responsibilities:
- Project planning
- Client and subcontractor liaison
- Management of internal team members
- Financial management
- Cost reporting
- Profitability
- Quality issues
- Health and Safety
- Chairing and recording meetings
- Administration of the contract conditions and client requirements
- Formal documented handovers
- Clearing of snagging and defects completing with agreement and settlement of the final account.
- The Contracts Manager will be required to manage multiple job with the assistance of Site Managers.
Contracts Manager Required skills and experience:
- Min. 5-10 years’ project management experience on fit-out project of values £500k - 10M.
- Fully conversant with MS Excel and PM software ideally ASTA.
- Fully experienced in delivering concurrent projects from handover stage to completion on site.
- Fully conversant with spec / drawings, design/build and Bills of Quantities.
- Good working knowledge of M&E works.
- Experience of dealing directly with clients.
- Experience of managing subcontractors.
- Ideally worked with a D&B company or traditional Fit Out Contractor.
