You will be responsible for managing and motivating a customer service team, working to ensure the service provided encourages and promotes repeat business.
Duties will include
Making logistic decisions, Resolving issues
• Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and encourage a positive team culture. Coordinate team efforts to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Work closely with the Transport Team Lead and Operations Manager to ensure customer service is completed to customer expectations.
• Organise calls to be made each week and obtain a sample size to truly reflect what our customers are thinking about the services they receive.
• Manage and maintain customer reviews channels such as Trustpilot, Google, Facebook etc.
• Oversee the use of management tool in the customer service team.
• Provide weekly reports about call activity, team performance, eSQi data, reviews and more.
• Develop and coach the team, including performance management when required.
Essential skills/experience required:
Experience with managing a customer service team or help desk essential
Logistics or coordinating skills
Coordinating and scheduling either repairs, deliveries or servicing
Proficient in using MS Excel - essential , Word, Outlook.
Strong organisational and administrative
Able to produce and interpret performance and management reports.
Able to participate and provide in put in management meetings
Salary - £30K - £33K depending on experience.
