We are looking for a Business Development Executive in Altrincham
The role is a business development executive where you are opening and closing your own leads so a great opportunity to handle the full sales cycle.
Key responsibilities of this Business Development Executive role
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by open-closing leads, developing relationships, and closing sales
Manage and track all leads and opportunities within the CRM system
Maintain thorough knowledge of our products/services and conduct needs assessments to align solutions to customer needs
Prospect and close your own opportunities
Negotiate and close deals from inbound leads
Maintain sales administration including forecasts, pipeline reporting, and activity metrics
Required skills for this Business Development Executive:
2+ years experience in a B2B sales role with a track record of consistently meeting targets (Preferable)
Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from end-to-end
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Persistent follow-up skills and ability to turn cold prospects into opportunities
Experience delivering client presentations and product demonstrations
Knowledge of sales methodology and performance metrics
Autonomous self-starter who can also work collaboratively on a team
