Job Title: Front of House/Customer Liaison
Department: SE1 Showroom
Location and Hours -
Waterloo - Monday – Saturday with one day off in the week.
09:00-5:30pm.
Job Purpose
To engage all visitors to the showroom and operates throughout the showroom ensuring every client has an inspirational visit
Main Duties

Play host to all visitors to the Waterloo showroom and refreshments made available.

All clients, without fail, are engaged and that they are signposted correctly to ensure their visit is inspiring

To facilitate all customer enquiries including taking leads and qualifying customers for the sales team when necessary.

To facilitate all enquiries from outside sales departments and present the specified products. Co- ordinate with all showroom consultants to manage this effectively.

Ability to present to all visitors the Brand Cathedral, Gallery and Samples hub.

Have a clear understanding of CP Hart brand values and those of our associated partners so as to be able to present them to all customers.

Support the yearly Waterloo events calendar which includes CPD’s, contract, sales, supplier events, student tours and all other marketing /PR projects.

To control all showroom and colleague communications

To take responsibility for the showroom housekeeping, brochures, samples

To constantly monitor showroom displays and ensure they are always well presented

To cover main reception duties when required

To ensure completion and recording of the Showroom Footfall & Customer Surveys.

To support the sales team while they are with clients.

To work alongside the management team on new projects related to customer service.

Attend all training programs related to our product profile and company services.

To undertake any other reasonable management request
