Client Services Administrator
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
We are currently looking for a fantastic Client Services Administrator to join a growing Financial Services firm in Ellesmere Port. This is a wonderful chance to become an invaluable part of a dynamic team. This role is to start immediately and is paying up to £30,000 per annum.
Role Responsibilities:
Maintain client records and internal systems
Process new business applications, joiners/leavers/changes
Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders
Process policy renewals and check renewal data
Issue membership documents and annual renewal accounts
Answer client queries, providing excellent customer service
Prepare reports for senior stakeholdersTeam Environment:
Collaborate with the administration team, Manager, Consultants, and Division Directors
Work towards common goals and create positive resultsExperience and Skills Required:
Experience in Employee Benefits (Private Healthcare, Group Risk, Private Dental, Cash Plans, Group Pensions) preferred
Passionate about providing great customer service
Excellent telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
